Winger/Striker Adrian Forbes joins the guys this week to discuss his playing career as well as the best players he was with at clubs such as Swansea City, Norwich City and Luton Town.

He chats about his famous goal at Vetch Field (last ever game at old Swansea City ground) as well as coming through the ranks at Norwich City

Adrian is currently working at Luton Town as Youth Development Coach and he also gives an insight into how the club produces talent such as James Justin.
