Recently appointed and current Doncaster Rovers manager Gary McSheffrey talks about his playing days and also offers some words of wisdom about his management style going into his new role

Gary is fondly remembered for goals at Coventry, Luton, Birmingham, Leeds, Scunthorpe and Doncaster Rovers. 

He recounts his time of being the trainee and working his way up at Coventry to spending the latter part of his career watching players come through and offering advice
