This week, we are lucky enough to have Matthew Taylor who played at clubs such as Luton, Portsmouth, West Ham, Bolton, Burnley and Northampton Town

Matthew talks about and remembers his days coming through under the guidance of Lennie Lawrence, working with managers such as Harry Redknapp and how he has learnt from them all to now be Under 18 coach at Tottenham

He also goes into depth about his believe on how young players should be managed and coached in the modern era too
