Matthew Upson, the former Luton, Arsenal, Birmingham, West Ham, Stoke, Brighton and Leicester player. He also played for England full international team including at the 2010 World Cup, scoring the England's goal in the England v Germany knockout game.
Matthew has a catch up with Marv and Andrew whilst talking about his Best 11 team and manager he ever played with/for.
